Women’s+ coached social sessions in a welcoming, confidence‑boosting space — a chance to push yourself at any level with support and encouragement.

Entry: £10 including day pass (rental shoes not included) — members and punch‑card holders attend free. Join‑on‑day entry at regular rates. Schedule: Wednesdays at Building One • every other Thursday at London Fields. Extras: Regular entry for adults £15 / concession £12.50 if joining without pre‑booking.
