- Open to all ages (5+) — supervising ratios apply as normal

- 18:00–18:30 — Check-in & warm-up
- 18:30–19:45 — Climb & athlete demo
- 19:45–20:15 — Pizza
- 20:15–21:00 — Photos & signings
